Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email that confirms your order information, and once your order has been prepared and shipped you'll receive a shipment notification email with carrier and tracking information.
We use CourierPost for shipment, with all orders requiring a signature upon delivery. We cannot deliver to a PO box.
We only ship to New Zealand addresses.
When can I expect my order?
When your order has been given to the courier, you'll receive a notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated by Courier Post, based on distance from the warehouse to your address.
Delivery will take 2-5 business days after your order is shipped. All delivery times are estimated only.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll send you a shipment email that includes tracking information for our courier, you can track your order by visiting our order status page, or through the courierpost website using the code in your email.
In addition to email updates, on your order status page you can choose to receive text message updates.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Meridian Energy Ltd. In the event that goods sold are defective or are faulty, the retailer (Meridian Energy Ltd) has the obligation to repair, replace or refund.
Problems with your product
If you believe your product may be defective, please contact the Meridian shop customer service team on email@example.com or 0800 496 555. Our customer service representatives will assess your inquiry and may escalate your claim to the product’s manufacturer to confirm faults or defects.
If your product is confirmed as faulty or defective by the manufacturer you may be entitled to a replacement. Our distributor will send you a replacement product with a return pre-paid courier bag from CourierPost. You will need to place the faulty product into the return CourierPost bag. You can then organise for CourierPost to collect the item at this link.
If your product is confirmed as faulty or defective by the manufacturer you may be entitled to a repair of defective parts. Our distributor will arrange the repairs service for you.
If your product is confirmed as faulty or defective by the manufacturer you may be entitled to a refund of the cost of the goods. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Meridian Energy. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Incorrect or damaged items
